Samples and Small Orders

For Samples and Small Orders, we prefer online payment by credit card or PayPal. Orders received online are processed immediately although delivery schedules will depend upon product availability.

Prototypes and Pre-Production Models (Custom Design Services)

We prefer credit card and PayPal payments when ordering a prototype or pre-production model.Fees for tooling costs, shipping costs and prototype surcharges usually run into hundreds of dollars.
We will send payment instructions to you once you have accepted our quote.  Keep in mind that design services prior to tooling and prototype fees are free, but please don't abuse this service.

Large Volume and Custom Orders

Large Volume orders are usually paid by bank wire transfer in advance of delivery.  Typically, more than half of the amount must be paid upon placing the order with the balance due upon shipment. Instructions for payment will be included with a quote prepared at your request. Click here to complete and email a quote form. Please plan on 4 to 8 weeks for the manufacture of your order after receipt of the initial payment.
